I believe we have a very good answer for you. Paul Federline’s dad, who passed away at 92, worked two and three jobs his entire career in order to support his 10 children. A welder with Bethlehem Steel and Maryland Drydock, Joe Federline showed his son a work ethic not recognized today. At times, Paul Federline has worked the same number of jobs in order to support his own family. Feeling as if he owed his employer for giving him the job, he worked as hard as he could each day to complete every task asked of him. Not once have I ever seen the man take a shortcut or cut a corner by not doing something the client is entitled, to benefit himself.
Not once, if it meant that the person he was doing the work for would be cheated. Paul Federline is a perfectionist. Putting in 110% to everything requested of him. He started this business and built it on countless hand shakes and hard work.
This work ethic has been instilled in his sons and in the employees that he has hired, all of which now make up the team at Paul F. Federline & Sons. The team also includes two grand daughters two grandsons and a great grandson as well. Together the team at Paul F.
