Sometimes its better to pay a little more money (Although Micheal will work with you on the price sometimes - if needed) for this type of clean install and customer service.

They are perfectionists, polite, you can see how much they care about the job. Interact well with the client, but that is mostly me.
I buy them lunch when I can because usually they won't stop working to eat! Client was super helpful, was right there with the fork life to get product upstairs and for trash.

The team led by Frederick was fantastic!  They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They provided value added help when we needed help resituating computer equipment, helped us figure out all the levers on the chairs, and were generally not satisfied with anything until we said we were satisfied. They told us several times during the day that they would set up the furniture so that we could see how it looked but were more than happy to try reconfigurations until we were happy with the set up. 
In addition we noticed how well the team worked together.  They were polite, professional and helpful with each other. We closely observed that as a team member finished a task, he quickly moved to another area to assist other team members. It was inspiring to watch. Further, everyone seemed to have a thorough understanding of the project.  
Thanks for taking such good care of us. People complain about bad service, we compliment great service.

It was a lot of chairs, a few changes between when the chairs were ordered and personnel changes on their end but we got everything finished up and the customer is happy. The team did a fantastic job. I think some of the chairs were put together ahead of time on your end? The Nightingale chairs came in assembled other than the headrest so that was a huge time saver. Glad it’s over.

I work in Pod B-1 at 13100 Columbia Pike, so I have been in the midst of the carpet replacement project this month. Some nights I work late, and I wanted to share some kudos about the carpet crew.
From my perspective, they have approached their work with efficiency and there has been no disruption as they have worked around me some nights. They are cheery and polite when greeted, but otherwise have worked silently (or at least very quietly considering what they have to do). The result of their work looks great, and there has been no visible mess any morning thus far.

Thanks for all of the fine work that Paul F. Federline & Sons performed for us yesterday at the National Museum of American History. Their job was to move three existing cubicles from one office and reconfigure and install them in another. It was a significant operation, complicated by a faulty elevator and little support from the Museum's over-tasked building crew. But the crew efficiently and calmly made it all work--their straightforward, can-do, and very patient and accommodating attitudes made a big difference to everyone involved! This successful transfer allows many other move-related actions within the building to go forward. Thanks again for fine work and terrific workers.

I am completely satisfied with the furniture. The flight school faculty and students are already taking advantage of it. I know they were 3rd party but the guys who came out for the delivery and set up were amazing, quick, and extremely professional.

• They got there early in the morning to start install. 
• Done and out by 2:00 
• Worked with the client and me on a few issues. 
• Client and Wil said the installers were very professional and they had a good size crew on hand.   
• Federline operations staff ( Sarah Bowles) was very helpful in helping us gather all the product in time to install and keeping me updated on everything!  

I have another large install being done tomorrow by them too….. I’m sure I will be reporting goods things again. 

Sometimes its better to pay a little more money (Although Micheal will work with you on the price sometimes - if needed) for this type of clean install and customer service.

Even though the 2/27-3/1 Federline crew was extremely vocal about not having previously tackled many of the items included in the scope of work 
 {Workspace48 Axis Double Sided System, wall mounted décor, interior office signage, etc}, they did an astounding job!
They were super attentive, paid close attention to detail & willingly switched gears when the management partner changed up the list of priorities. 
The center looked amazing, after the their post install cleanup & as it happened, smelled great too! 
And the center team continued to boast about the Federline crew, long after they pulled out of the parking lot.

It was a lot of chairs, a few changes between when the chairs were ordered and personnel changes on their end but we got everything finished up and the customer is happy. The team did a fantastic job. I think some of the chairs were put together ahead of time on your end? The Nightingale chairs came in assembled other than the headrest so that was a huge time saver. Glad it’s over.

I work in Pod B-1 at 13100 Columbia Pike, so I have been in the midst of the carpet replacement project this month. Some nights I work late, and I wanted to share some kudos about the carpet crew.
From my perspective, they have approached their work with efficiency and there has been no disruption as they have worked around me some nights. They are cheery and polite when greeted, but otherwise have worked silently (or at least very quietly considering what they have to do). The result of their work looks great, and there has been no visible mess any morning thus far.
